THE BREATH
OUR APPROACH
Transformation through the primal power of the breath, nature, music,
and ritual.
The Breath Club offers immersive experiences built around breath, music, ritual, and nervous system awareness. A space to slow down, soften, and return to yourself.
Rooted in both embodied practice and modern understanding of stress and regulation, each session is designed to help you release what has built up and reconnect with what matters.
Experiences
Breathwork experiences designed to help you slow down, release, and come back to yourself.
Grounded in breath, music, ritual, and presence.

Group Sessions
Ceremonial Experiences
Private Sessions
Immersive breathwork in a shared setting, guided by music, rhythm, and intentional presence. Designed to help you regulate, release, and come back to yourself.
Slower, more intentional sessions that may include plant medicine, breath, and ritual. Designed for reflection, softness, and deeper connection.
One-to-one breathwork tailored to your intention and pace. For those seeking a more personal, focused experience.
SACRED PLANTS
Herbs of the Gods

For thousands of years, cultures around the world have worked with plants in ritual and ceremony, not as an escape, but as a way to deepen presence, connection, and awareness.
At The Breath Club, certain sessions may incorporate traditional plant allies such as ceremonial cacao, blue lotus, or other natural botanicals that have long been used to support reflection and openness.
These plants are never the focus.
They simply help create the container.
The real journey always happens through breath, music, and the willingness to listen inward.

Meet Your Guide
The Breath Club is guided by me, Rommert, I am a breathwork facilitator and long-time explorer of personal development and somatic practices.

ABOUT
Alan Watts
"The meaning of life is simply to be alive.
It is so plain and obvious and so simple.
Yet everybody rushes around in a great panic
as if it were necessary to achieve something beyond themselves.”
